Six Robot Prices, Zero Named Production Customers

Biped.News found six tracked humanoid or adjacent home-robot records with manufacturer-backed advertised prices—and no named production customer among them.

6 advertised prices. named production customers.

A visible price is evidence that a buyer can enter an order, preorder, or sales process. It is not evidence that the robot is performing useful work for a named production customer.

The priced cohort uses the same evidence policy as the Biped.News pricing guide: core humanoid and bipedal records plus Isaac 1 as an explicitly labeled wheeled home-robot benchmark.

What the six priced records actually prove

Advertised US-dollar entry price for the six source-verified records in the August 2, 2026 snapshot. Tax, shipping, support, integration, and configuration costs may be additional.

Methodology

  1. 1. Start with the source-verified advertised-price table used by the Biped.News pricing guide on August 2, 2026.
  2. 2. Require a manufacturer product, order, or official shop page with a numerical US-dollar purchase price or ownership price. Subscription alternatives may be shown, but the chart uses the lowest advertised ownership or base purchase price.
  3. 3. Treat order paths, preorders, developer sales, employee tests, and anonymous research buyers as access evidence—not named production-customer evidence.
  4. 4. Count a named production customer only when a customer organization is publicly identified and the evidence describes useful work in an operating production environment. None of the six priced records met that threshold in this snapshot.

Limitations

  • Advertised prices are not total cost of ownership. Tax, shipping, duties, hands, batteries, software, support, integration, supervision, maintenance, and safety validation may be additional.
  • The six robots are not directly comparable in size, task scope, autonomy, support, or buyer type.
  • Isaac 1 is a wheeled home robot included as an adjacent buyer benchmark and is not counted as a bipedal humanoid.
  • Absence of a named production customer does not prove that no customer exists; it means the reviewed public evidence did not identify one.
